Best Brewery in Edgewater

Randomly walked into Tipsy Unicorn on my way north because it’s less than 10 mins from 95, and I’m so happy I did! They have a wide variety of beer for all tastes and very unique combinations. The food is FANTASTIC! The cook was on Master Chef and knows her stuff. I had a sweet pea poblano pepper soup that was delicious and a oatmeal stout mixed with coconut blonde ale. The owner, JR is so nice and makes everyone feel welcome. Great spot!

Of course I stopped for a beer but holy hell the food was incredible!! I ordered the Dagwood, and it was the best I've ever had. Not only was I floored by the food, the two guys next to me were even more outspoken about how great their sandwiches were!! The beer is great. The owners are personable and welcoming. Great place. Stopped by on a road trip and had an incredible salad and flight of beers. Beers are excellent. So many stops at breweries across the country with mediocre beer. The Tipsy Unicorn has GOOD beer. The owner is the brewmaster. Great guy. Thanks for the memories and catch you next time!

Visiting the area and found this brewery based on the positive reviews. They were spot on! The owner brewer (JR) was polite and spent time chatting about the brewery and beers with us. My wife and I tried 4 of their beers.. all very good. Her favorite was the blueberry wheat Purple Reign. I enjoyed the Blood Orange IPA Hop TUB. We will absolutely stop again for more beer and to try the food!

So been wanting to write this review... so here we go, this place we found one day and man was it the beginning of a great place for us to chill and get things off our minds.
